Full Job Description
Recruitment and onboarding of new staff as per the manpower plan of the company
- Payroll administration and review as per the timelines
- Carrying of performance appraisals and performance reviews for the company
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
- Handling workspace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
- Maintenance of MIS and company documentation
- Carrying out induction programs for the new joinees
- HR & Statutory audits
- Training, counseling and coaching of staff
- Carry of administrative duties
- Management of drivers, helpers and other admin staff
