About the internship/job: Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Develop creative and engaging social media strategies 2. Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube whilst adapting content to suit different channels 3. Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Asana, and Olapic 4. Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organization and brand 5. Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms 6. Undertake audience research 7. Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions 8. Monitor, track, analyze and report the performance of social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights 9. Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity 10. Analyze competitor activity and recommend improvements to increase performance 11. Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement 12. Manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants 13. Manage a budget for social media activities and encourage collaboration across teams and departments 14. Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls, or face-to-face Who can apply: Only those students or freshers can apply who:
