Senior Research Analyst

Responsibilities: –

· Conducting in-depth data analysis through extensive secondary & primary research.

· Understanding client requirements and offering a solution based on the same.

· Managing Client programs and campaigns.

· Running campaigns through email marketing and capturing the engagements received.

· Analyse of international trade show, events, sector and organise large amounts of data.

· Call potential clients (enterprise companies across sectors) in markets across the Globe, and

generate qualified leads using proven methods.

· Handling a Research Analysts/ Associates team and managing various projects from ground level until final delivery.

· Quality checks of research and consulting projects are done by the team.

· Managing team workload, leading analysts, mentoring, and training them to adhere to best practices.

Required Skills: –

· Strong quantitative, research, and data analytic skills

· Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team

· Excellent team player, leadership, and communication skills

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work efficiently on simultaneous assignments under tight deadlines

· Professional self-starter, with a high level of motivation, empathy, and ethics

· Hands-on experience in Forecasting and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education: – Any Graduate

Experience: – 3 to 4 years of experience

Salary Package: – As per industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per year
