1.Accounts payable – Would be responsible for some or all of the accounts payable functions, i.e. Invoice processing & verification, vendor payments, vendor reconciliation, AP related month end activities etc.
2.Invoice processing & verification with accuracy as a Key Metric
3.Vendor payments & allocation to appropriate invoices.
4.Vendor reconciliation
5.Resolving invoice queries by co-ordinating directly with vendors.
6.Communicating with stakeholders via email, telephone, VC, etc.
7.Should have knowledge of direct & indirect Taxs (GST, TDS and Sr tax compliance).

1.Any Finance Background (M.com / B.com / MBA) with minimum 4 years of experience in ‘Accounts Payable’ function

2.Prior experience of working on ERP system would be an added advantage.
3.Good knowledge of MS office, viz, Word, Excel, etc.
4.Familiar with MS Outlook & Internet.
