Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible to efficiently handle all activities associated with the P2P cycle whilst providing a quality and efficient service to vendors along with continually reviewing processes within the accounts payable area, develop and report on recommendations for business process improvement and efficiency, within areas of responsibility
Additional Responsibilities include –

• Process PO and NPO invoices, verification, and resolution of invoice queries along with vendor reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation and handle periodic Activities i.e., AP reconciliation, accrual posting and other month end tasks
• Handle Accounts Payable mailbox, answer vendor queries or vendor related queries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery
• Streamline and improve documented procedures (SOP) and ensure all updates are properly recorded
• Monitor all invoices and accounting issues and resolve escalations if any

What we are looking for

An ideal candidate should be M.COM, MBA or PG-Finance with 5 to 8 years of experience in Accounts Payable and good knowledge of AP metrices, KPI, SLA and below abilities –

• Good English communication skills both written and verbal
• Should be a self-starter & can work without micromanagement
• Self-motivated with an ability to multitask, work under high priority deadlines & flexible with timings
• Problem solving skills and good attention to detail
• Partner centricity and good stakeholder management skills
