Job description: Accounts Receivable Manager
Key Responsibilities:
· You will be responsible for setting up all AR & collections related processes and workflows, tracking them closely, and ensure complete compliance with the regulatory laws.
· It is a high visibility role – and you will be working closely with the CXOs of the organization and heads of various functions. Skills we need:
· Evaluating and setting up Accounts receivable process with best practices in the Industry
· In charge of closing out the Revenue Numbers for the month based on the order pipeline and raising Invoices in a timely manner
· Regular follow-up with customers through mails and Phone calls.
· In charge of collecting payments from clients and ensuring they are done on time
· Negotiate and settle non-payment disputes with clients efficiently
· Preparation of Weekly & Monthly Revenue, Invoicing, collection, and outstanding reports
· Create and maintain Revenue metrics for the management Qualification:
· A Finance professional with 4-5 years of experience in the field of Accounts receivable and collections in the FMCG Industry
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, superiors, and customers.
· Highly analytical and number-oriented as well as a detail-oriented approach towards problem-solving
· Expert working knowledge in Excel & spreadsheets
· Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
· An analytical mind with an ability to engage and interact with employees at different levels and across different functions of the company and exercise sound judgment.
· Ability to work in a diverse and cross-functional environment.
Skills and Competencies:
· Minimum 4 years of Experience
· Tally ERP 9 Experience Mandatory
· Knowledge in MIS reports
Qualification- B.com/ Any Post Graduate
Age– 25 to 35

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
