Sales and Marketing Executive for Hotel and Banquet Sales with Experience in Tele-Calling on Advertisement Based Leads

We are a leading hotel and banquet facility looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, increasing revenue, and promoting our hotel and banquet services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets
• Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities through tele-calling and other channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and vendors
• Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase our facilities and services
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events
• Prepare and present sales reports to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
