- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls • Explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information, taking bookings, status and Feedback calls • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering Quality Parameters • Updates knowledge by attending daily briefings/team huddle. • Management and resolve customer complaints • Cab Booking through system • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software • Route calls to appropriate resources • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls • Follow up customer calls where necessary • Complete call logs and reports • Other duties as assigned
