General knowledge and hands on experience in warehousing operations for spares business
Candidate should be preferably from Automobile Engineering background
Must be a good task master and should possess good management skills
The desired candidate should have prior experience of team handling of 60 to 70 people and have managed output in operations
Preferably background MS office & Oracle module
Must possess good communication skills and should be team player
Should ensure accurate data is captured and provided to superiors for the preparation of daily MIS reports
Should be able to deligate tasks to manpower and monitor them
Should have good understanding of warehouse management, inventory management and Inventory control processes
Should ensure 100% adherence to safe practices inside warehouse
Should ensure 100% adherence to 5S
