Responsible for day to day performance of outbound and inbound operations.
Vehicle Placement and Empanelment. Responsible for dealing with BA’s for day to day operations.
Daily shipment tracking & updates to customer as per agreed format .
Tracking of exception vehicles (delayed, breakdown and accident cases) until delivery & maintain report to review with BAs.
Pro-active information flow to dealers/customers for delays and revised ETA.
Handling customer, BA concerns and addressing within defined timelines.
