Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Candidate should be through in Breakdown maintenance,Predictive maintenance,Maintenance prevention, Autonomous maintenance. Equipment reliability maintenance and controlling equipment MTBF and MTTR as per target. TPM activities. Maintaining the documents of IATF16949, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 (Latest standards).
2. Hands on experience in PLC programming, understanding machine function, trouble shooting, SPM’s, SMT line, Electronic assembly lines, Manufacturing assembly line (Pneumatic & DC Torque tools, manipulators, oil dispensers), Motor manufacturing assembly- & testing equipements, Conveyors Utilities such as DG sets, Transformers, Compressors, Chillers & AC, Experience of all types of Hoist, Lifting tools and tackles, electrical panels, HT & LT Yard Utilities, Calibration & Testing setups used for Electronic Energy meters.
3. Effectively & pro-actively lead projects initiated for P Q C D S M improvement.
4. Plan & execute statutory & legal testing activities (internal& external) to ensure 100% legal compliance.
5. Focus on energy, water conservation & Sastanability Manufacturing.
6.Monitor & control spares & repairs cost to ensure effective utilisation & budget control.
7. Lubrication management for the machineries & equipment’s.
8. Deep knowledge and experince in statutory and leagal requirements as per factories act.Experience3 to 5 years.Industry PreferredAutomobile-OEMQualificationsBE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)General RequirementsGood knowledge in Maintenance of electrical & Electronic systems,Penumatic, Hydraulic, calibration procedures, Electrical Distribution, legal and other statutory requirements as per factories act, Project management skill, Team work, Presentation skill, Planning & Innovation.1. 4) Basic safety protocols and procedures, legal documentation.
5) Safety standards, usage of activity based PPE, TPM, 5S & all related tools.
6) Focus on Improvements activities & Kaizen’s preparation & demonstration.
7) Attending the machineries / equipment’s breakdowns, such as electrical, mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic related. And Solving problem, Analysis CAPA implementation.
8) Maintaining the machineries in by doing Planned maintenance activates like, Preventive & predictive maintenance.
9) Working in shifts & handing shift technicians.
10) Competence in all type of SPM machines Problem solving technique, taking corrective action.
11) Identifying the machine spares & managing the inventory.
12) Should have hands-on experience on R&M cost structure, work towards reduction.
13) Reading & understanding Electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic & mechanical drawing.
