Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Experience in Quality assurance function in engine assembly plant.

Exposure to Quality management systems.

Experience in performing engine COP test.

Ensuring Emission Compliance

Ensuring Plant wise internal COP, Compliance Audit, Ensuring External COP Compliance without ECOP.

Product & Process Knowledge/ Analytical skills.

Engine assembly & Testing Knowledge. Experience of COP test equipment’s.COP testing data collection and its analysis

Conducting COP testing with government agencies.

Raising capex for maintaining COP equipment’s & its upgradation.

Driving improvements with first time right approach.

Knowledge of 7 QC tools, statistical tools / APQP/FMEA/PPAP /SPC/ MSA
