Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Training Delivery through Classroom Courses as well as certification, virtual courses for Capability Building.Improve capabilities and technical knowledge of key technical staff at dealerships and Mahindra through imperatives such as Role Certification or New Product Courses, role wise certification courses.Responsible for driving and ensuring Training Delivery and effectiveness objectives.Usage and Developing innovative Training methods and AID to enhance training effectiveness to cater to various requirements on the basis of Role, Product and medium ( classroom, virtual, prctical,etc.Learning New skills for Training Delivery, Content Upgrade and provide feedback for Content as well as training aid upgrade by staying updated on technical aspects. Employ and develop Virtual Training skills to be able to deliver modules for audience.Ensuring Training readiness, Training adherence and related documentation as well as MIS
