Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Engine &Transmission Aggregate assembly / Testing / Hydraulics functional Knowledge is essential

Experience in Quality assurance function in assembly plant

Handling overall Product audit and Process audit on assembly line.

Analyzing customer complaints, Assembly line rejection, Supplier parts analysis and taking corrective actions, Standardizing all the Quality Procedure.

Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.

Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error.

Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.

Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process,

Smooth launch of new model / new variants.

Exposure to Quality management systems like ISO 9001, TS 16949
