Review Production Plan adherence. Review SPD schedule adherence. Process Audit (ABS, SPC, ACED, Fuel tank line). Daily NC’s and Painting defect monitoring with proper analysis. Review the Total Manpower. Review RSPSR and Line SPR. Review Assembly production Loss analysis by Paint Shop. Review Consumption of Paint, Thinner, Power and Fuel
