Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Body systems (BIW + GSM)

• Gateway documents preparation and clearance
• TCP preparation for all the design changes
• Attend project meeting (PEH, PEL, PPL, CFT, interface, validation, build) and release SIL to the team for followup and closure
• Deliverables/concern resolution with CoC and System engineering
• Coordination and follow up with CFT/Suppliers (including STM)
• PDB monitoring

‘- Release and tracking of BOM, PCP, PR, EN, SOR, TSO, TKO, eROCM

• BIW deliverable/pendings to/from VI/interfaces, Mfg (Paint shop, body shop, TCF, CME), CAE, NVH
• MOM management and cocsolidation in SIL
• Concern resolution during Validation, NOVA B, NOVA C, RGA etc
• Release of BIW w/o closure and higher
• Coordination with COC, CAE, other system team, VI, mfg . for design finalisation considering TCP target.
• Project risk preparation along with PEL and COCs
• FI target monitoring along with Jury feedback on vehicles.
• Coordinate for concern resolution and product requirement match during build with CoC and CFT
• Vehicle signoff from PEL/COC coordination
• Coordinate and track validation issues, 8D, PCR, system level and total Weight, L2, L3 timeplan, FTR, proto part development

Experience

Min – 5 years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Graduate in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

General Requirements

• Hands on experience in Catia V5, Team center, BOM
• GD&T
• DFMEA, IFMEA
• Design of BIW sheet metal parts and GSM parts
• Deep understanding of validation issues, preparing 8D and TCPs
