Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Candidate should have experience in both vehicle instrumentation, Validation & testing knowledge in electrical & electronic systems.

Experience required for instrumentation :
1) Planning and execution of complete vehicle Test Instrumentation with respect to knowledge on Instruments procurement with budgeting ( CAPEX/REVENUE) instrument upkeepment & calibration

2) Should have detailed understanding of communication protocols used in Instruments and configuring the same for vehicle data logging. Should have very good experience on variuos datalogging methods used in automotive vehicles

3) Able to diagnose various Instrument defects and plan for Instrument repairs with spares planning and AMC schedule adherence

4)Knowledge and execution of Calibration of sensors, transducers and dataloggers as per scheduled frequency intervals

& Planning of resources required for Instrumentation calibration and upkeepment & Knowledge and awareness on 5S techniques in Instrument Lab

5) Good knowledge in developing training module for various Instruments, review / updation of SOPs/WIs for Instruments and measuring tools/equipments
