Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Ensures customers concern are solved within timeline through inter zonal coordination Responsible for the NOW CALL CENTER Management. Resolution of social media customer concerns within time. Ensuring qualitative Product performance feedback through timely and quality customer query resolution. Improve the product performance thru proactive preventive actions. Capturing of customer Voices by personally meeting them and also ensuring that the team reports and resolve all the issues promptly. Measure SSI through the feedback call mechanism established at NOW Call Center and Maintaining high satisfaction index through proper call closure in timely manner. Ensuring float management for dealerships to avoid any business loss for the customers
