Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Drive and implement key organizational processes such as Employee Assessments (individual contributor to people manager, talent acquistion tools) and play a role of process custodian for these processes
Develop process guidelines for Talent Acquistion (TA), partner with business leaders / HR for enhancing the experience
Manage hi-potential talent programs including career conversations, partnership with learning vendors, developmental assignments etc
Liasion with Business leaders and HR for talent conversations, communication updates, partnering for talent movements
Leverage technology (SF Talent Mgmt) and analytics (including dashboarding) extensively in bringing about process effectiveness and efficiencies
Experience
2 to 5 years
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
MBA in HR
