Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

To ensure innovative and competitive vehicle loan product availability for our customers.Originate and maintain tie-ups with all the key financiers including in-house finance arm Mahindra Finance.Design and provide retail finance schemes on commercial vehicles in association with key financiers and ensuring ground level activTo ation.To have an appropriate mix of all financiers from PSU Banks, Private sector Banks, NBFC’s and RRB’s/Cooperative Banks. Frequent interactions and providing desired support in the form of schemes, subventions and other marketing support.Liaison with financiers HO and regional teams for business enhancement by providing desired assistance.Benchmark financial products offered to competition and co-ordinate with financiers to seek product improvement.Resolve any issues with respect to retail finance faced by the Dealers and Bankers.Monitor and help in collection of post disbursement documents of financing agencies like Registration certificates, insurance and invoice.Organize Retail Finance Events / Activities (Financiers Meet, Dealers Meet) and Joint Promotions (Customer Meets, Loan Melas) in Coordination with Banks to generate incremental business.Creating enquiry pipelines for used vehicles.Organizing sourcing of used trucks, refurbishment of the same and proper valuation.Organizing Mktg event to promote this business and create a brand name in the market.Preparation of budget, targets and achieving sales thereafter.Settlement of dealership claims in time.Assisting financiers to liquidate their repossessed stock.To increase Resale value of Repossessed stock.Designing business strategy as a new stream of revenue.Preparing a business development plan on a long term basis.Responsible to liquidate re possessed vehicle at proper valuation along with designated financers
