❖ Company Performance Monitoring, Balance Score Card monitoring.
❖ TPM (8 Pillar) KMI, KPI, KAI Drill down & Linkage with Goal sheets up to individual levels.
❖ Revenue & Capex budget planning & Execution to meet the targeted costs.
❖ Execution of Key Strategy Projects – Productivity Improvement, Capacity Increase, Lead time Redn.
❖ Implementation of Various Digitization (Industry 4.0) Streams across Plant.
(Energy Mgt, Equipment Mgt, People Mgt, Quality Mgt, Production Mgt etc)
❖ Special Projects on Engine Quality Improvement – AI Based Engine Testing, SYMC Engine Supply etc
❖ Key Strategy Projects ie. Mfg Foot Print Redn (Mfg. Flexibility, Space, Inventory, Horizon 500 etc)
❖ Improve Lean manufacturing Index Parameters.
❖ Operational Efficiency improvement with TPM 8 Pillar Approach.
❖ Sustainability Initiatives (Water Positive, Zero Waste, Paper less Plant, Safe Work Place) execution as per the road map.
❖ External Benchmarking in all PQCDSM areas & inputs to Plant Head.
