Role Purpose:

The role of a Test Analyst is to work alongside your peers to ensure delivering the product with the best quality. This role is also responsible for helping in the delivery of complex projects. Key attributes to role success are:

What You’ll Do:

• Keeping up-to-date with standards and requirements of software quality control
• Reviewing requirements, raising queries and interacting with onshore/ offshore teams to understand the business process
• Development and implementation of software functionality tests
• Reporting and tracking defects using test management tools
• Working directly with clients on projects
• Providing daily status updates to QA manager
• Keeping up to date with the latest salesforce releases. This includes, but is not limited to ensuring you remain certified
• Always comply with makepositive’s standard ways of working
• Collaborating with your line manager in setting personal objectives that strive to achieve organizational goals, progress career aspirations and address development points

• Understanding of different testing techniques
