Role Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the International biz category for MakeMyTrip Corporate business. This role will be a part of Corporate Category team wherein the incumbent would be leading the growth & analytics charter along with performance management for the team. He or she will be a techno-functional expert & will act as the point of contact for the various strategic projects. The role will involve interactions with senior stakeholders across multiple teams of supply, revenue and product teams.

myBiz, a corporate travel management platform by MakeMyTrip that provides a customizable, real-time self-booking system which seamlessly integrates into a company’s structure to deliver convenience, transparency, savings and the power of choice. Over the last 4 years, we have on-boarded 42000+ prominent corporates like Vedanta, P&G, Zomato, Bajaj Finance, Escorts, Netflix, Byju’s and Blackberry etc which are availing the benefits of our seamless platform, along with significant savings. All the offline lead generation activities for large & mid-sized clients is led by this role.

Key Learnings in this role:

-Lead projects of strategic importance end to end, including internal & external stakeholder management

-Provide actionable insights & simultaneously drive execution of multiple projects along with various stakeholders

-Building & Tracking MIS & business intelligence reports for various KRAs

-Regularly create high impact & creative presentations (both qualitative & quantitative) as per business requirement on various agendas & reviews

-Coordinating closely with various departments like Marketing, Product, Corporate etc. to ensure all their needs are catered to and leads to Business growth for the organization

-Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

-Scope up the opportunities in the International travel market including benchmarking with other competitors within & outside the industry

-Create business plans, define the strategy, and identify the milestone for every project impacting the vision execution

-Corporate wise NPS tracking and enhancement plan: corporate retention and business growth corporate wise are key to the business

-Work with the management to prioritize business needs and cater to information needs Locate and define new process improvement opportunities to help scale the business

Qualification & Experience:

-Overall experience of 3-5 years with exposure in handling multiple accounts as a category manager will be preferred

-Good understanding of the hotel category, cross functional project management, and growth opportunities in order to implement strategic and targeted action plans to achieve goals

-Data analytics and financial modelling ability Google Analytics/ Omniture, SQL, Advanced MS Excel desirable

-Strong communication skills, Influencing skills, great interpersonal & stakeholder management skills

-High on energy, team player coupled with a great attitude
