Role: Sr. Executive Content Writer – Gurgaon (5 days Working from office)

Role & responsibilities:

This role demands a clear understanding of customer behavior to produce content that helps them make informed buying decisions. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including Supply, Category, Creative, and Product to gather information on current or future projects and then plan content deliverables around these initiatives on a monthly or quarterly basis.

In this role, one gets to drive the end-to-end strategy and management of projects while ensuring adherence, consistency, and compliance with pre-defined content guidelines.

what you will be doing:

• Researching industry-related topics combining online and offline sources.
• Creating clear, error-free, and persuasive content for different lines of businesses.
• Preparing and updating well-structured copies on the CMS.
• Writing extensive and accurate hotel descriptions with well-researched and authentic data points.
• Working on feature launch announcements and short app copies.
• Curating content in different formats long-form, short form, SEO, video content and more.
• Ensuring 100% consistency in content (style, format, font) and images.
• Conducting competitor analysis for content parity.
• Identifying gaps in the existing content and suggesting new ideas based on customer and business demands.
• Working closely with the Supply and Product teams to enhance content on the website/app.
• Developing a deep understanding of the domestic & international hotels segment to create unique and relevant content.

Qualification:

• Graduation/bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or related field with excellent communication skills (preferred)
• 2-4 years’ work experience in travel/e-commerce industry
