About The Role

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the roadmap and evolution of Flywheel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, systems thinking, and business impact, and can work hands-on with engineering, analytics, and business teams to drive product outcomes.

What Will You Be Doing

• Own the Product Strategy: Define and evolve the roadmap for Flywheel across crawling infrastructure, benchmarking capabilities, and insight generation.
• Problem Discovery & Prioritization: Partner with supply and business teams to deeply understand user pain points, identify opportunities, and prioritize enhancements.
• Drive Execution: Work closely with engineers and analysts to translate product ideas into detailed specifications, ensure timely delivery, and track impact post-launch.
• Intelligence Layer Ownership: Strengthen Flywheel’s output accuracy and insight value by improving logic for rate/content deltas, anomaly detection, and scoring.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage large datasets and dashboard analytics (via QlikSense, SQL) to inform product decisions, measure success, and course-correct quickly.
• System Health & Scale: Monitor crawler health (coverage, latency, failure rates) and work with engineering to continuously scale and optimize performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact between engineering, business, and analytics stakeholders to drive alignment and unblock issues

Qualification & Experience

• 2– 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in data-heavy, platform oriented roles.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and comfort working with large datasets.
• Exposure to crawling systems, web scraping, or competitive intelligence tools is a strong plus.
• Prior experience working closely with data engineers, analysts, or crawling infrastructure teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A bias for action, ownership, and outcome-driven mindset.
