Role: Store Manager – Retail Outlet

Level: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager

Location: Bangalore – Kamnahalli & JP Nagar

About the Function:

Holidays business caters to various segments of travellers travelling to every part of the globe. While the dynamic or customized travel and tour packages offer consumers an option to create and design their own holiday, the fixed departure holiday packages have a pre-designed itinerary.

About the Role:

The individual in this position will have the responsibility of managing all aspects of store operations. Their primary focus will be on creating and executing local sales strategies, as well as driving plans and objectives to foster business growth.

What will you be doing:

• Achieve monthly sales goals with a primary focus on long-haul sales
• Serve as the POC for Franchisees and MakeMyTrip, sharing feedback and insights from franchise operations
• Facilitate smooth collaboration across departments for efficient follow-ups
• Ensure timely resolution of complaints to maintain a healthy Net Promoter Score (NPS) for the store
• Manage relationships with customers and key accounts
• Balance superior customer service with cost management

What are you required to bring to the team:

• Solid sales understanding
• Domain expertise in holiday packages, particularly in the outbound/ long haul sector, to develop strategic and focused action plans for goal attainment
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
• High energy levels, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduation with 5-8 years of experience in long-haul holiday sales
• Prior experience of sales
