Job Summary
Retail Store Manager candidates should be results driven and will be responsible for the overall store management. The successful store manager will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, sales, marketing, profitability goals and manage the staffs effectivelyEssential Duties and Responsibilities

• Overall Store Management activities like Sales, Marketing, Staff management, Operations, Accounting, Customer Satisfaction and Purchase support.
• Managing Offline and Online marketing activities to boost the customer walk-ins’ sales and to increase the brand awareness.
• Collaborating with local influencers, event management team, makeup artists etc.to enhance and promote our premium products and services.
• Ensures the best client experience along with the highest level of customer service.
• Build strong base of clients and ensure customer retention.
• Manage and assist with customer service issues, product repairs, orders, etc.
• Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
• Understanding of latest market trend and assisting in purchase activity to maintain the inventory and stock based on selling and customer service feedback.
• Management of Inventory, Finance and accounts of the store.

Job Requirements – Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in retail store management and sales; retail Ladies Fancy/Cosmetics store, Jewelry or ladies clothing store experience is a plus.
• Possess a positive, strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Familiarity with store operations; inventory procedures.
• Store Finance/accounting experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Looking for young and energetic candidates from nearby locality (Calicut city area)
• Graduates preferred

Salary: 20000-30000, (based on experience and skills)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR20,000.00 – INR30,000.00 per monthSchedule:
