Qualification: M. Com/CA (Inter)/CA (Final Dropout).

Functional Area: Accounts/ Taxation

CTC: As per Industry standards

Experience:

· 4-8 Years

· Real Estate Industry background is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

· Must have knowledge about real estate industry accounting policies, applicable accounting Standards.

· Knowledge of accounting concepts and about Preparation of Working for Return Filling, Tax payment etc of Income Tax/GST/TDS/ PT.

· Good knowledge about Real Estate Industry- Compliances related to Direct & Indirect Taxation, RERA.

· Experience of handling various assessment related work under Direct & Indirect Taxation

· Knowledge about finalisation of Books of Accounts.

· Assist in compliance of Internal Audit, Statutory audit.

· Experience in Periodic scrutiny/ reconciliation of contractors/Suppliers ledger.

· Knowledge about ROC Related works i.e. Incorporation of Companies/ LLP, Assist & provide all information to CS for Filling of Various forms & returns.

· Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.

· Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.

· Most importantly should drive all efforts towards timely completion of teams tasks and meeting timelines.

· Good knowledge of MS Office, Quadra, Tally ERP.

· Good communication skills and Team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹25,000.00 per month
