Mamaearth Hiring for Growth Product Manager at Gurugram, Haryana, India Full Time

• Analyse product funnels, user journeys and recommend optimizations to keep improving the target metrics (CR NPS). Own the execution of aligned initiatives to deliver improvement in target metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of initiatives across the funnel: conversion optimization, improving delivery customer experience
• Ideate and conceptualize new features and use A/B tests to improve key KPIs
• Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to get customer insights and optimize user flows
• Continuously benchmark Mama earth vs competition to identify gaps/opportunities for additional revenue, user experience, features and communication journeys.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience in a digital B2C role.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in doing analysis with the help of SQL etc.
• Experience with working on one or more analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Omniture, Clever Tap etc.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Self-starter with a bias towards MVP delivery that aligns with the longer-term product vision
