• KPI Analysis and Reporting : Responsible for defining, developing & communicating KPIs to the leadership and own those metrics for improving business.
• Cross Functional Collaboration : Working closely with the business teams across the organization to drive data-boosted decision making.
• Coding and Data Management : Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python and SQL for analysis and automate data to ensure accurate reporting.
• Innovative Solutioning Approaches : Utilizing modern tools and technologies for trend prediction, sales forecasting, consumer insights which keeps us ahead of market Candidate Profile :
• 4+ years of experience as a business/data analyst.
• Must have proficiency in SQL, Python and BI tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with the business stakeholders.
• Having an analytical mindset.
• A knack for analyzing data with a solid foundation in math and statistics.
• A strong aptitude for leveraging advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.
• Preferably BTech from a top tier engineering college.
