Manah Wellness Hiring for HR Intern at Remote Full Time

Qualification: Pursuing Bachelors or Masters in Organisational Psychology (preferred)

Duration: 3 months (Work from home)

Working Hours: 10am – 7pm (5 days a week)

As an HR Intern, you will have to provide assistance to our HR department in day to day operations. You will assist the HR Department in various tasks including payroll, recruitment, selection, orientation and employee training and development.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating and coordinating with candidates. Providing accurate information about the job.
• Creating and modifying job description periodically.
• Composing offer letters, drafting emails and other important documents.
• Posting job vacancies online in different job portals.
• Assisting the HR staff in gathering data on current market salary information
• Source and screen resumes
• Plan and schedule interviews
• Interview candidates on the phone
• Updating company’s data base regularly
