Responsible for promoting and selling wide range of cosmetics products to buyers/retailers/distributors/trade channel network all over India.Must have strong knowledge of various cosmetic /skincare/wellness competitor brands.Prepare an accurate report on our marketing/sales campaigns overall performance.Work with new and innovative growth strategies.Work to boost the sales of the company by managing campaigns in an effective & efficient manner.Develop team of highly motivated experienced executives to achieve the sale4s objectives.Should have the ability to work on sales management Plans effectively & efficiently.Build referral and lead generation network in coordination with Sales Lead Desk.Map the customer requirements with company products and work with the Product team to find solutions for any customizations required and effort estimation.Keeping in touch with the customers on an ongoing basis for relationship building, product feedback as well as further customer references.Required Candidate profile: Good Communication Skills.MBA or any Masters with marketing, advertising or communication specialization.Highly motivated having 6 to 8 years hard core experience in sales of wellness products all over India.2-5 years of experience for sales executive profile7+ years of team handling experience for sales manager profile.
