· Responsible for sales & marketing of Specialty Fats, Specialty Butter & Oil in domestic & International market.
· Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional & international sales
· Information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
· Preparing and completing action plans;
· Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems;
· Completing audits, identifying trends, determining regional sales system improvements and implementing change.
· Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national & international objectives.
· Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
· Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
· Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
· Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
· Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
· Sale of a business’ products or services in a specified region or geographical area.
· Provide ongoing support to distribute and produce to product or service.
· Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
· Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
· Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
· Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
· Reviewing regional & international expenses and recommending improvements
· Build relationships with professional services consulting and education field managers to develop joint account plans.
· Gather and format data and submit responses to RFPs.
· Define and implement regional sales plans, write presentations, reports and price quotations and support contract negotiations.
· Manage significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success and regional growth.
· Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly & annual targets both Value & Volume wise
· Generate demand in new and potential markets for growth and market development
· Ensure sales across portfolios
· Ensure optimum supply of products as per the process
· Speedy resolution of complaints/issues
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
§ Any Graduate but preferable in Agriculture/Forestry/Fishing
RELEVANT AND TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
§ 5 years to 10 years. In Relevant field.
§ Worked for a company in the Sal & Fat for minimum 5 years.
