• To increase volume of sales and Quality of Sales by emphasizing and ensuring on day-to-day delivery of results.
• Identifying gaps in sales process.
• Market mapping – Identifying new markets for business development potential.
• Enhancing sales and market share in highly competitive market situations.
• Managing marketing and sales operations for achieving increased business growth in line with corporate objectives.
• Delivering strategic solutions to complex sales.
• Exploring the business potential avenues.
• Monitoring competitors’ activities and devise effective counter measures.
• Efficiency in analysing Consumer behaviours and timely action plan
