UI/UX Designer Lead

Responsibility

As a UI/UX Lead, you will be a key contributor towards:

• Collaborate with product manager to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers.
• Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Research how users actually interact with Products.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Create effective interface designs through techniques such as composition, perspective, space, grid structures, layouts, colour schemes, themes, etc

Requirement :

We are looking for self-motivated designers who can:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with other designers.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Comfort in fast-paced, highly dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
• 5-10 years of experience of working in related field.

Good to have

• Analytical skills to measure the impact of design User ethnography research knowledge

Experience Range: 5 – 8 years
Educational Qualifications: -B.Tech/B.E in Computers, -Diploma in Graphic/Web Designing,
