Job Summary

Operations and Maintenance(O&M) Engineer to do plan, schedule and ensure execution of daily, weekly and monthly activities to ensure smooth operations of plant. Identifies problems and develops corrective action plans Scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Tablet Working and operating knowledge ( Android )

· Installation experience of Hardware on field

· Call Troubleshooting and Resolution.

· Reporting to manager

· Customer coordination

· Basic Knowledge on Electrical/Electronic stream

· Preferable if he has worked in Access control system and Security automation

· Basic knowledge and understanding in Software application handling

· Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.

· Responding to breakdowns.

· Diagnosing faults.

· Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with Company Staff.

· Basic Hardware and Software Knowledge.

· Knowledge of – Hardware, Outlook, Windows, User configuration & maintenance

· Knowledge of basic networking such as dhcp,dns etc..

Key Performance Indicators

· Workload or output measures. These measures indicate the amount of work performed or number of services received.

· Efficiency measures.

· Effectiveness or outcome measures.

· Productivity measures.

Qualification and Experience

1. ITI or diploma and B.E/B.TECH

2. 1-5 Years.
