Responsibilities –

• Accountable for supervising and managing all cash & billing transactions at store
• Ensure customer transactions are processed promptly and accurately.

• Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
• Manage customer transactions both cash, card, ECS payments.
• Generate cash related documents and account reports.
• Ensure bank deposits and withdrawals according to established policies.
• Actively monitors and optimizes the customer experience at billing counter.
• Responsible for daily reconciliation of total settlements vs transactions.
• Ensure the order advance is regularly tallied with the physical.
• Responsible for daily cash & banking reconciliations and other accounting duties according to company policies.
• Researches & resolves all cash variances, communicates cash variance corrections to head, and provides completed research to Loss Prevention daily.
• Identify and communicate any billing related issues to head promptly.
• Detect errors in billing processes and make appropriate corrections
• Assist and support audit teams in verifying bills and billing data.
