Marico Limited Hiring for Supply Planning Executive at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Full Time

Key Deliverables of the role:

• Coordination with factory /2P location for production plan/ scheduling / dispatch

• Ensuring daily dispatches and fill rate monitoring at child depot nodes

• Maintenance of depot distribution norms/ lanes/ vehicle type

• Creation of structured processes to maximize ‘no touch distribution’ & production planning.

• Capacity planning for production unit as per long term sales forecast

• Coordination with procurement team for RM/PM availability at factory/2P locations

• Development of tracker/network for different Consumer offers/ NPD SKUs and timely execution

• Coordination for production start up for new SKU – licence, A/W development, RM/PM connection etc.

• Monitoring and actioning for managing fresh inventory – Fresh, slow, Non, expired (FSNE)

• Stock liquidation to minimize Non moving inventory

• Reconciliation of firm plan volumes against tentative plans / offer plans

• Daily tracking of sales, stock movement at depot level to ensure zero stocks outs

• Follow up with regional teams for stock movement, repackaging status, stock connection and expediting connections

• Coordination with Demand planning team for CO, active SKUs, demand review

• Ensuring target fill rates for all the channel – GT, MT, E-com

• System improvement to minimize manual intervention for distribution

• Communication to the regional teams on PM connections

Critical Competencies:

1. Hands on experience in Ms. Excel
2. Experience in SAP IBP is a significant advantage.
3. Supply Chain understanding – Norms, Inventory Management
4. High Analytical skills
5. Inter-Personal skills
6. Good Communication skills

Qualification & Experience:

• B-Tech, Supply Chain MBA is preferred.

• Minimum 3-4 years prior experience in Supply Planning/ Manufacturing/ Network management

• The person should have experience of Supply Planning through a tool such as APO

• Prior knowledge of manufacturing process will have added advantage
