Role Synopsis
Will take care of Inhouse filling operations. Will be managing Shift operations
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage shift operations – overall incharge of the shift
Manpower planning and management of manpower during shift operations
Carryout Raw material planning for Inhouse filling
Ensure quality parameters are followed during shift opetations
Reduciton of reduction and losses
Ensure Key performance indiceses are met
Ensure Safety during shfit operations
Coordanition with the planning team to ensure quaterly, monthly, weekly and daily targets are met
Training the manpower to take care of the future requirement
Ensuring good Stakeholder relationship

Nature of Experience & Exposure
At least 4 Plus Years hands on experience in handling filling operations in FMCG manufacturing set up. Sound knowledge Filling operations – Blowing, printing, filling and packing.The incumbent should be a Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical engineering. Any other professional accounting qualification would be an added advantage.
