We are looking for a results-driven Customer Relationship Manager to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every client in order to boost top-line revenue growth, client acquisition levels and profitability.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp client needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Reach out to customer requirements & queries through regular calling
• Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
• Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Schedule follow up calls with clients to ensure they are satisfied
• Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new services.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
