Job Summary:
This is a role that sits with Markel India that covers credit control support for our Syndicate 3000 platforms in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, Dubai and Malaysia.
This role will report to the Operations Manager (Asia).
Duties and accountabilities
- Perform data entry of insurance information into in-house systems, meeting agreed, defined standards of accuracy and timeliness.
- Support Underwriters for entries in system
- Manage daily workflow and business queries efficiently.
- Ensure Endorsement processing on time
- Preparation of Policy Document and calculation.
- Demonstrate a consistent high quality customer focus and service delivery.
- Develop specific insurance knowledge to support the role.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with Underwriting teams.
- Attend Underwriting meetings when required.
