Maropost Hiring for Accounting Analyst at Mohali Full Time

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Regional Controller, the Accounting Analyst will assist with the month-end reconciliations for Maropost Group entities. The position requires an individual who has a strong financial background and excellent communications to various levels of the organization. The position will work closely with the Controller and global accounting teams.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Assist with the preparation and monthly reconciliation of general ledger with subledger.

• Assist with preparation of consolidated financial accounts.

• Coordinate with employees on tax and accounting activities

• Coordinate with tax authorities for compliance purposes

• Coordinate with vendors on monthly payments

• Assist with book-keeping activities

• Assist with global audit activities

• Assist with payroll and other operational activities

What You’ll bring to Maropost:

• 1-2 yrs of experience or if you are pursuing internship

• Pursuing ACCA/CA/CPA designation

• Previous experience with NetSuite ERP is an asset

• Previous experience with software companies and SaaS business models is an asset

• Experience with rapid growth business is an asset

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Able to work well independently and within a team environment
