Education: Degree in Mechanical/Automobile engineering from a Reputed Institution

Experience: 4~6 years

Job Role

Handling of market feedback and warranty issues related to steering & suspension components.

Faster analysis and execution of quality improvement projects based on market feedback

FTA approach for solving complex market issues

Failure reappearance/ simulation and up to child part level analysis.

Competitor process/ design benchmarking

Handling customer complaints for defect understanding & diagnosis

Closed coordination with suppliers and process partners for root cause analysis and process verification.

Competency

Strong knowledge of production process of suspension components

Strong knowledge of QC tools, DOE, Six Sigma

Analytical skills and logical approach towards problem solving

Strong knowledge of MS office tools (Excel, Powerpoint etc.)

Strong execution, orientation and problem-solving approach

Ability to analyze the data and propose solution & future strategies.

Strong communication & presentation skills

Ability to work within strict timelines

Team player with strong networking skills
