- Coordinate and monitor manpower planning for shift operations.
- Ensure adherence to Maruti Operating Standards by Outsourced staff in stockyard operations.
- Communication with multiple stakeholders in production shops for clearance of repair vehicles and adhoc requirements as per business needs.
- Record keeping of operational facts and figures.
- MIS reports sharing with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Tracking, Monitoring and Improving KPIs.
