• Looking for an Account Manager for US IT Staffing company with overall 6+ years experience and 2-3 years experience in accounts management, who can formulate strategies as per our Client’s Business Needs and Delivering Resources/Solutions to our Clients.
• Work closely with Business development Managers, hiring managers and stakeholders to develop position profiles and to understand overall needs and requirements in order to find the right talents for a wide range of positions on all levels.
• Handling a team of precisely vetted professionals and educating them about the protocols & client’s expectations.

• Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the process.
• Talking to the client’s requirement, getting the daily and weekly updates about the Urgent position.
• Providing prompt and relevant solutions to the escalated issues from the client.
• Assisting with onboarding and training new team members.
• Responsible for various MIS Reports like recruitment tracker, Onboarding tracker, daily work report.
• Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle activities like Pre-screening, Interviews, Selection, Offer, Negotiation, Closing, and other administrative components.
• Established and maintained professional relationships with candidates

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
