Job Purpose:

The Head Marketing and communication role is to project the brand to the audience by understanding and applying conceptual, professional & creative brand strategies. At the same time the role will maintain brand values & positioning on all offline and online media in reference to market perception and requirements. The role will also be responsible for enhancing through design – Marwadi Financial Services’ vibe, work culture and contribute to the overall success of the entire organization.

Requirements:

• Qualification: B. Fine Arts/B.B.A./MBA/Others – with credible professional experience in a marketing and branding function.
• Experience: 4-6 years in a brand planner/ Sr. Manager or above position in a reputable SME/Startup/MNC/Corporate House.

Responsibilities:

• Understand brand positioning, personality and proposition.
• Evolve the voice of brand and align all communications across the organization to the same.
• Deep involvement in ATL and BTL activities for the physical network of the organization and involvement in product marketing and promotions.
• Own the lead funnel across products with cross leverage on products and customer preferences. Focus on organic leads and paid/ affiliate marketing as needed.
• Focus on organic growth of traffic across all digital platforms including web, app and social media. Strong understanding of paid matrices and dashboards related to web and app traffic. In depth understanding of the impact of suggestions related to SEO and ASO.
• Plan concepts and manage creative requirements for Marwadi Financial Services across channels and verticals and collaborate with external agencies as required for the delivery
• Develop, align and manage all internal communications such as product rollouts, newsletters, reports, blogs, etc.
• Collaborate with internal as well as external resources to analyze current & future trends in the financial services sector, brand competitiveness in the sector, align vision & mission to deliverables, and explore potential growth strategies.
• Must be thoroughly updated and informed with changing trends along with venues to explore automation of traditional marketing activities. Actively look out for marketing automation as the deliverables evolve.
