Matrix Partners India Looking For Chief Of Staff – Startup/FinTech at Gurugram, Haryana, Full Time
We are looking to add a strong problem solver as a Chief of Staff to one our portfolio.
Exp: 5 -10 Years
About The Role
As part of the CEO’s office, you’d get to experience start-up journey from a strategic perspective. You would work closely with the founders, take on a variety of projects related to our growth and strategy, and tackle some of the problems across the company – problems that, if not addressed, could majorly snowball as we grew in Own strategic initiatives related to growth and business operations
- Drive market research activities
- Design and operate strategic communications and collaboration within the organisation
- Define KPI’s, Metrics to measure operational efficiency and drive decision making
- Manage implementation of new processes and systems required for scaling the 2+ years in Startups, fintech experience preferred or 2 – 3 years of experience in a consulting eco system
- Aptitude – Really good with numbers and logic
- Attitude – You are result driven and you put price on your time
- Add-ons – Understanding of the product or industry, prior experience in a similar role
