Mattress Nation Hiring for Operations Manager at New Delhi Full Time

Mattress Nation is a regional retailer in California, with a distributed operations team. This role is for an Operations Manager to support our Sales and Backend teams in ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, motivated, accountable, and detail-oriented. They will be a good communicator, equally at ease working over email and phone with a distributed team.

The role will involve working with our internal order management system as well as spreadsheets and other tools to perform various regularly scheduled as well as one-off actions. The Operations Manager will work with the Sales team and the General Manager to ensure daily reconciliation across sales and payment systems, enter and track orders, and coordinate reporting and updating activities.

As the founding member of the India team for Mattress Nation, you will have the opportunity to grow the team to deliver additional capabilities in digital marketing and website administration. Highly motivated and entrepreneurial candidates will have the opportunity to grow into the company’s core management team through this position.

Required skills and experience:

• Highly organized, Detail Oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to positively interact and develop relationships.
• Excellent track record to take initiative on projects from start to completion.
• Team player with proven ability to communicate
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business related field.

Technical Skills:

• Solid user of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable with learning to use new software systems
• Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills required
