Roles and Responsibilities
Excellent communication and verbal skills.
Knowledge of Fare calculations and group reservations is required.
should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical skills in interpreting data and situations.
Will responsible for Handling of Group Queries (both domestic and International).
Will need to action group queries by coordinating with concern airlines.
Will need to talk to travel agents & understand their requirement about group fare & try to match budget for group closure.
Will need to reply Flight and Fare Enquiries.
Handling over all Ticketing and Refunds of tickets.
Agent and Corporate query relating to reservation and ticketing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate should have Sound understanding of Airline/Aviation/Travel industry.
Plus point if having B2B market or any of airlines’ Sales experience.
