Maxim Research is looking for a Bookkeeping professional with experience in QuickBooks
Relevant Experience and Skill set
- BCom degree with at least three years of experience
- Basic accounting knowledge with knowledge of Quickbooks (mandatory)
- Knowledge of IFRS, U.S GAAP, or another accounting framework
- Data entry skills and High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions and Monitor any variances from the projected budget
- Update and maintain the general ledger and Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers
- Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
- Recording of debits and credits and Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
