Maxim Research is looking for a Bookkeeping professional with experience in QuickBooks

Relevant Experience and Skill set

• BCom degree with at least three years of experience
• Basic accounting knowledge with knowledge of Quickbooks (mandatory)
• Knowledge of IFRS, U.S GAAP, or another accounting framework
• Data entry skills and High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions and Monitor any variances from the projected budget
• Update and maintain the general ledger and Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers
• Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
• Recording of debits and credits and Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
